ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

All members and persons interested in the Arabian horse are urged to attend this meeting.
Support is needed to help further promote the Arabian horse in South Australia and to assist with running of events. If all members were able to donate ½ a day of their time to assist at an event the Club would be able to provide a greater number & variety of events for Members participation. This is your Club and it is time to get involved.
Any member who is unable to attend the AGM and wishes to be considered for election to the Management Committee or any sub-committee, will need to signify in writing to the Secretary his/her willingness to stand for such election prior to the meeting.
Should any member wish to submit any amendments to the Constitution for discussion at the AGM they will need to be received by the Secretary no later than 21st April 2010. A copy of the Associations Constitution can be found at this link :-
